The response to our competition was amazing, thanks to everyone who entered. We were impressed by all the photo entries with a big congratulations to Fencing & Gate Co. for the winning entry and DooGood Powder Coaters for the runner-up entry.

GAME OF SKILL PRIZE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each photographic entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules. The Promoter is D&D Technologies Pty Ltd (“D&D”), 6 Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest NSW 2085, ABN 94059412430. The promotion commences October 1, 2021, and finishes March 30, 2022. Photo submissions should be of high print quality standard. High resolution is ideal but not compulsory. If your image is selected D&D Technologies may organise a professional shoot for high resolution capability.  All entrants release D&D and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Game Of Skill, and/or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury. D&D reserves the right to reject all photo submissions within each 3-month judging period should the photos be of inadequate quality or presentation (low resolution, inadequate lighting or poor composition etc.) for printing and promotional purposes. In the event of no photos being judged a winner, or runner-up, the chances of winning the offered prizes will be rolled over to the next judging period. This means no prizes may be awarded in any given 3-month judging period. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content. Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (D&D Technologies Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families. To enter, entrants must be a fencing contractor, tradesperson or fabricator or their employees. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. All entries become and remain the property of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (D&D Technologies Pty Ltd). Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize cannot be exchanged for any other. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws. The prize is subject to availability of the prize. If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever D&D reserves the right to award a similar prize of equal value, or more, to the stated prize. Any information you provide to D&D is personal information and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988. D&D will not disclose this information to other parties other than in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. All entries become the property of D&D. The promoter may use the entrant's names and photos for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes. Entries will be judged at the offices of D&D Technologies Pty Ltd. The winner will be notified in writing by email within three (3) working days of the conclusion of each 3-month judging period. If D&D is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the photo judging, and D&D has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, then D&D reserves the right to award the prize to another valid entrant. All entrants who choose to ‘opt-in’ consent to have their contact details (title, first name, surname, email, mobile or landline phone number, mailing address and post-code only), released to D&D and to receive ongoing marketing material and correspondence from D&D.
